Product specification is approx: 25.5 * 30.5 * 10cm
Made in burlap material with a navy cotton lining.
Allow up to 48 hours to receive an email with your design with will need to be approved before embroidery commences, turn around time in general is a week plus postage, but during peak times Christmas and Easter please allow at least 2 weeks for embroidery plus postage.
Return Policy
Because of the nature of customized items there will be no refunds or exchanges excepted. Please ensure that the information you have sent through is true and correct, once the towel has been embroidered it cant be re-embroidered.
I will only except refunds or exchanges if I myself have made an error doing completing the towel. Once I have determined that I’m at fault I will replace or refund the item at my expense. Any item that has been posted out MUST be returned to me before refunded or exchanged will be granted. The cost of postage will be included in refund (to be returned standard post and I’m to sight the receipt).
